We can’t reveal the exact menu, but here’s a preview on some of the other morsels José Andrés and Wolfgang Puck have whipped up in the past. José Andrés is whipping up the likes of Jicama Wrapped Guacamole, Tempura Asparagus, Braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks,Japanese taco of Grilled eel, shiso, cucumber, wasabi, chicharron, Watermelon tomato skewers in a PX reduction…need we go on? Wolfgang might use a few signature dishes of his own including Whiskey Fudge Cake, Dessert Pancakes, Salzbuger Nockerlin (what’s that?!) or Oscar’s Fudge by Sherry Yard… OK we have to stop! With these luscious desserts, don’t forget to try the luscious dessert wines of Burgenland that are perfect company given their high acidity to balance out the sugar content.
