Austria Uncorked 2012 – Chicago & Toronto!

It’s official – the dates are set! This year’s Austria Uncorked events will take place in Toronto, CA (April 16) and Chicago, IL (April 19)!

For the first time, Austria Uncorked has made the decision to travel North. The event will be held at the Trump Hotel, Toronto. Trade are welcome to attend from 2-5pm; the consumer tasting is from 6-9pm. It is a Monday night, but we can’t think of a better way to start the week! The newly opened Trump Hotel is the perfect setting for Austrian Wine – sip and savor in the lap of luxury!

Austria Uncorked will be headed inland in the US this year – the past two years have featured events in NYC and California. This year,  Chicago wine lovers have a chance to join in on the fun! The Chicago tasting will take place at Venue One offering trade the chance to sip 12-4pm and consumers 6-9pm. Proceeds from ticket sales will go to Common Threads, an organization that teaches low-income children how to cook healthy and affordable meals. Tickers for consumers at $75 general admission and $125 for VIP admission which awards you entrance at 5:30pm and a special gift.

We will miss our California and New York friends this year, but it’s exciting that so many other wine lovers will finally have a chance to experience Austrian wine at this scale as well! Hope to see you there!
