12 Days of Austrian Wine: Vineyards in the Winter

Quite often when we think of vineyards as lush plots of lands bursting with green leaves, healthy dark brown vines, and grapes. But, in reality, the vineyard cycle is quite different and the much of the time they are baron and sometimes, they’re even covered in snow.

As Christmas comes closer every day, we’re hoping more and more for the possibility of a white one. But whilst we can’t promise you snow on Christmas Eve, we can share these lovely photos of Austrian vineyards covered in snow. So sit back and relax and enjoy.
